Thom Tschetter is nationally recognized, as a business owner, author, speaker, and consultant. He is a graduate of the University of La Verne, but he says it was the "School of Hard Knocks" that really gave him his education. Thom says, "Experience is a cruel teacher; first she gives you the test and then she gives you the lesson." 

Thom owned and operated a successful small business in Washington State for over 25 years. In 1996 his business was selected as the number one small business in the state and finished in the Top 10 nationally. 

In 1992 Thom launched his speaking career - presenting management seminars. This grew into a full-blown training and consulting company that has reached thousands of business owners and managers throughout North America. 

In 2004, Thom sold his business interests to retire in Arizona.
But to Thom retirement just means "more time and freedom" to pursue his true passion…helping small business owners succeed.

Thom is best known for making complex concepts simple. He is a proponent of utilizing systems for every aspect of a business to keep things manageable and life simple. His motto is, "You run the system and the system runs the business."  Most business owners do not have a system to run their business. As Thom says, "It's no wonder that most owners are always running around out of control with their hair on fire."
